Shipping & COD Policy

At Daaman e haya, we offer a convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for our customers across Pakistan. Please read our COD terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Verification
- To ensure a smooth delivery process, all COD orders require mandatory confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call after the order is placed.
- Unconfirmed orders may be subject to automatic cancellation.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made in cash directly to the delivery rider at the time of receiving your parcel.
3. Delivery Attempts & Contact Information
- Providing an accurate delivery address and active phone number is the customer’s responsibility.
- Courier riders will make standard delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned and canceled.
4. Order Refusal & Account Restrictions
- Refusing parcel delivery at the doorstep or placing fraudulent orders is strictly unacceptable.
- Accounts with repeated order refusals or invalid information will be blacklisted, and future COD services for those users will be suspended.
5. Service Availability
- COD is only available in serviceable areas within Pakistan covered by our courier partners.
